Scott, what do you think of:

- the president of El Salvador and republicans rallying to his support and encouraging other Central Americans to lock up all criminals thus reducing immigration push factors

- redirecting military budget to birth control/ jobs for Central Americans in own country

- republicans having marketing campaigns in immigrant origin nations showing how “horrible” immigration is

-pushing for a cap on total immigration (most Americans polled want under 1 million

-Fox News and twitter accounts pinning the illegal immigrant number of screens like the Covid death count

-relating to the public the economic negatives of low skilled mass immigration

MM’s suggestion to move to Montana and hate Californians is weak.

But, it does seem like there needs to be a plan b on demographics.

Almost every institution that matters is libs/MDMs, and citizen majority is already non white among young people.

Boomers are fat and lazy and old and aren’t going to do anything. They just aren’t. If they were going to do something they would have done it in 1985, or 2005 or 2016-2020. They didn’t.

So, being acrimonious towards those on track to run society doesn’t seem like a wise course of action.

Americans are just setting up an 1857 situation that they are going to lose.

Better to have a seat at the table when the next constitution is written than not.

And if Americans are going to be particularist, seems clear that they need to be less HP Lovecraft and more Lawrence of Arabia.

Great piece. Your point about about how anger at blue state refugees is “safe” (and unproductive) dissent couldn’t be more accurate! And thanks for pointing Trump’s good record on the issue. He deserves more credit than he gets

We can never throw in the towel on the immigration issue. The left hasn't stopped looking for more ways to speed up the already rapid demographic transformation and neither should we stop trying to reduce or completely eliminate all third world/non-white immigration when we have political power at the federal level.

Even when there was a political consensus on reducing immigration and reforming the system to benefit Americans politicians on both sides of the aisle did nothing. Ironically it was the Democrats who used to be fairly strong on the issue during the Clinton administration. Barbara Jordan's proposals would have been a great start but when the Republicans took over Congress in Jan 1995 they predictably did nothing on immigration.

Martyr Made is either a fool or deliberately attempting to sow demoralization and pessimism among the right regarding the prospects for reducing immigration.

What the? The Great Replacment is Conspiracy Theory! You just said don't believe ridiculous theories! Teasing! Fantastic article. Yes, stick to the basics, oppose immigration outright and use smart Executive Branch policy, as you describe, is the way. We have to!

Martyr Made seems like a really smart guy but all he can propose is for white conservatives to work with "conservative cholos"? How 's that working out in California? And why is it always incumbent upon right of center whites to reach across the aisle or reach across the color line?

The only potential problem as some point out is the fact that among under 18 year old's, the majority are non-white. What can the right do when the older generations die off and whites do become a minority?

These guys learned all the wrong lessons from California’s decline.
